Returns
At ClosetBella, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and reviewed. Approved returns are generally processed within 7 business days. ClosetBella reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.

Replacement orders are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Orders
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution if the shipment is confirmed lost.
If a package is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, a CAD $35 fee may be deducted from any eligible refund to cover shipping and administrative expenses.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
